I love how smooth your shading is. The eyes especially are really well done and they're very bright. You also did a really nice job with the hair, it's obvious you spent a lot of time and care on it. I would say the face could use more depth and texture to them. In some places, it looks almost too flat and geometric, like the nose and ears. I think making it look more raw and a little less precise would bring more naturalness to it. Just my two cents. :) Overall, great work!
